On Thursday night, 25th of September 2014, a night of guitar giveaways brought the joy and excitement to the many children recieving this extraordinary and unusual charity gifts.

The Rolling Stones magazine has been running the "1000 Gitar Untuk Anak Indonesia" charity event for quite some time now and that night was the Bali Chapter chance to receive it.

24 Guitars were shared with disabled children, children from ophanages, and other community services. The goal to give a gift that can go a long way for these children. Guitars serves exactly that purpose. A musical instrument that is compact enough to share around the community while at the sametime providing joy from the sound of music and yet sharpens the childrens tallent and love of music, is a prefect alternative of charity presents compared the usual basic necessities most companies present.

Of course basic necessities are important. However, The Rolling Stones Magazine have done a unique movement that sheds light to these children, enabling them to channel their creativity.

The event was held at Taman Baca Kesiman, Denpasar, supported by Bali musicians Ganjil, Nostress, and One Dollar For Music. Over 900 guitars have been gifted to children in needs all over Indonesia and many celebrities including Slank was involved in delivering the gifts during their tours.

Kudos for The Rolling Stones Indonesia to have ignited the spark of talents all over the country through a very rad charity movement.
